Prairie chicken Web-cam This is cooperative project, titled: Streaming Chicken, between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service- Detroit Lakes Wetlands office, International Water Institute and the University of Minnesota Extension 4-H SET program is designed to bring the spring activity of the Prairie to the public. Our primary audience is youth and educators in Northwest Minnesota who will develop interest and skills in the outdoors and career connections to the environmental sciences. The vision of the project is to create a live streaming opportunity to expand our work to a global community.

Below is the link to the River Watch database site developed by U of MN Graduate Student Andrew Shepard and U of MN Crookston faculty member Dr. David DeMuth? in partnership with the International Water Institute, University of MN Extension, University of MN Crookston, NDSU Extension Service, and the Red River Water Management Board.
